Chicagoland based manufacturer of specialty labeling, decals and marking products is searching to add a Sales Executive based in the Chicago region. Responsibilities include: developing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective clients in Chicago and nationwide to generate leads and new business. Conduct telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations. Work with Engineering team to discuss and develop accurate and timely quotes on new projects.. Coordinate sales effort with production, customer service, marketing, and sales team. Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, advertising and promotional trends. Qualifications include: Minimum 3- 5 years' sales experience in the printing industry; label sales a plus. Must have a proven track record of generating new business. Solid client relationship building skills along with a consultative sales approach is required. Strong verbal, written and electronic communication skills needed. Must be willing to travel ( up to 50%) including client visits and trade shows. Starting base salary range $65,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) plus commission plan and bonus program.
