Looking for an individual to fill an entry-level/junior position as a Technical Recruiter to recruit applicants for client companies using our database of candidates, referral methods, social media, and internet job boards.
Job duties will include:
-Searching for candidates
-Scheduling technical screens
-Putting submittals together
-Preparing candidates for client interviews
-New business development
You will receive one-on-one training.You will not be placed in a classroom with a bunch of strangers.We take the time to work with you and mentor you to give you the greatest chance for success.
Ideal candidates are go-getters with a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and very good communication skills and relationship-building skills. They will have a degree and/or a background in business, sales, information technology, psychology or human resources.We ll consider candidates with no recruiting experience as well as candidates with one year or less of recruiting experience looking for a change.
